Notification is given that the Mackenzie District Council has received an
application for a resource consent from:
Mackenzie Lifestyle Limited

Mosgiel, Otago
Mackenzie Lifestyle Ltd has applied for land use consent to locate residential
buildings on 35 lots to the east of Twizel and a lapsing period for the consent
of 15 years.
Location: Section 1 SO 384036, State Highway 8, Twizel
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
