The Commissioners jointly appointed under the Resource Management Act 1991 by Mackenzie District Council and Environment Canterbury to hear and decide consent applications CRC224567, CRC230898 and RM220048, which sought to authorise activities associated with the construction and operation of a solar array at 397 Braemar Road, Tekapo, have today issued a decision.
The decision is to refuse the resource consent applications.
The applicant and any person who made a submission to the applications may appeal the decision in respect of that application, in whole or in part, to the Environment Court.
