Please can I have the agendas and minutes and any recordings of workshops where next years council budget was discussed.

All available Council meeting agendas and minutes are published on the MDC website - mackenzie.govt.nz > Council > Meetings and Agendas.
The council workshops where budget have been discussed are listed below. Any recordings relating to them which are available will be sent via We-transfer following this email due to the scale of them. Please note that Council Workshops are recorded for administrative purposes to aid minute taking which is the meeting record.
