Council provides, maintains and services public toilets across the district. We are grateful to central government who have contributed funds to enable construction of some of these essential facilities.

Toilets are cleaned two or three times a day (depending on their location and the time of year) by contractors and so most problems will be resolved quickly. However if you want to let us know about an issue with one of our public toilets you can do so by logging in to MyMDC or by completing the online form here.
Mackenzie is small district which attracts many visitors, and the cost of maintaining toilets is a considerable burden to our small ratepayer base. To offset this, we charge a small amount to use toilet facilities at some of our busier tourist locations. Details of current charges can be found below.
Elsewhere, donations are welcome, and you will find a QR code on the toilet building which will take you to our donation website. Thank you for your support and understanding.
