Information relating to Twizel Community Care Trust hub and Twizel Library relocation.

Request
This is an urgent request for information under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
The reason for the urgency is a result of an excessive delay in processing of a Resource Consent Application.
The application was filed by JALP Consulting on behalf of the Twizel Community Care Trust (TCCT) on 24 November 2025.
There has been one request for further information on 10 December 2025 that was responded to 11 December 2025.
I filed a formal complaint on 2 March 2026.
Due to an absence of a response or any information on progress of our application I am resorting to a LGOIAM request.
Please provide any information held by the Mackenzie District Council (MDC) including but not restricted to:
- any written documents, reports, memos, letters, notes, emails and draft documents
- non written documentary information such as material stored on or generated by computers and databases, videos of meetings or offsite recordings, maps and photographs
- information that is known to the MDC (the agency) but which has not been recorded in writing or otherwise
that relates to or mentions the proposed Twizel Community Care Centre Hub or the Twizel Community Library relocation.
