A request for District Plan documents regarding an Aviation strategy.

The requester asked ‘for documents in the District Plan review including the s32 report that discuss the removal of Appendix L – Aviation Strategy’. The requestor said he needed this for a response due with the Environment Court on Thursday 26/3/2026.
Response:
In view of your 23/3/26 request for urgency we have conducted an initial search only as at 24/3/26.
This search has identified 3 documents, including a s32 report. All of these documents are publicly available on the Council’s Let’s Talk District Plan Review pages promoted to the public and submitters during the review process. Our initial search has not identified any issues raised and therefore additional discussion regarding the removal of Appendix L in the public engagement and consultation process for Plan Change 30.
