We would appreciate sales records for all property transactions within the Mackenzie district, from the beginning of your records to the most recent data available.
Response
The finance team have advised that we do not hold the information that you have requested in our system.

I understand the finance team may not hold sales data directly in your rating system. However, we're aware that property sale information is typically recorded within the district valuation roll managed by QV on behalf of councils, and that councils have access to this data through their rating and valuation systems.
Would you be able to check with your valuation or rating team whether sale date, sale price, and valuation number data is accessible through the systems they manage.

We do not hold the sales data in any digital format. They will need to deal with QV for information pertaining to the district valuation roll.
