IANZ Invoices & section 33 RMA to FENZ.
Request:
- A copy of all invoices paid to the International Accreditation New Zealand for the last 6 years for receiving any Certificate of Accreditation as a Building Consent Authority in conformance to Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006.
- If there has been (or currently is) a Transfer of Power under Section 33 of the Resource Management Act 1991 to Fire and Emergency New Zealand (‘FENZ’, formally New Zealand Fire Service or NZFS), and if so, the date when the Transfer of Power occurred, when it was ended (if at all), a copy of the agreement(s) between the Council and FENZ/NZFS regarding any Transfer of Power.
Response:
- Invoices attached with items redacted for commercial sensitivity under section 7(2)(b)(ii) protect information where the making available of the information, would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of the information.
- The Planning Team are not aware of any Transfer of Power under Section 33 of the Resource Management Act 1991 to Fire and Emergency NZ.
