Information regarding Enterprise Resource Planning systems used by Council.

Request:

Pursuant to section 10 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, please provide the following official information held by the Council:

1. The name, supplier and current version of each principal ERP, financial management, procurement, HRIS, payroll and enterprise asset-management system currently used by the Council.

  • ERP - Magiq Enterprise, supplied by Magiq sofware
  • Financial Management - Magiq Enterprise, supplied by Magiq sofware
  • Procurement - No software
  • HRIS - No HR software - Website used for recruitment is called Tailorspace.
  • Payroll - Magiq Enterprise, supplied by Magiq sofware
  • Enterprise Asset Management - Assetfinda, supplied by Univerus

2. Any current strategy, roadmap, business case, options assessment, programme plan or investment proposal relating to the replacement, upgrade, migration, reimplementation or material redevelopment of those systems.

There are no plans, strategy or roadmap for replacement, upgrade, migration, reimplementation or material redevelopment for any of these systems.

3. Any approved or indicative budget, timeframe or target implementation date associated with those initiatives.

There is no budget or timeframe for replacement, upgrade, migration, reimplementation or material redevelopment for any of these systems.

4. Any reports or presentations provided to the Council, a council committee, the chief executive or executive leadership team concerning those initiatives.

There are no reports or presentations.

5. Any current procurement plan, market engagement plan, request for information, request for proposal or other sourcing documentation relating to those initiatives.

As above, there is no plan.
