The Statutory Clock for processing stops on the Wednesday 20 December 2023, restarting on Wednesday 10 January 2024.
Final day for inspections is Thursday 21 December 2023. Full inspections resume on Monday 8 January 2024.
For the period 3, 4 and 5 January building officers can provide remote inspections however these will need to be arranged no later than close of business on Thursday 21 December 2023.
Building staff will be available from Wednesday 3 January 2024 with the Building Manager being on-call over the Christmas and New Year period.
