❗️UPDATE - 3.00pm❗️Water pressure at the plant is now back to normal, and customers will be starting to get water again. We may need to flush some trapped air from hydrants but we expect everyone to have normal pressure water by about 5.00pm tonight.
If you continue to have water issues after 5.00pm, please report it by calling 0800 365 6514 where our After Hours service will be able to notify our On Duty water team.
An unplanned power outage has affected our water pumps and the water supply in Twizel has been affected.
Staff are aware of the situation and are working as fast as possible to resume our normal service.
At the moment we do not have an ETA but we will update you as soon as we have more information.
