In reference to our previous email this morning, seeking information that Council has received from 3rd parties concerning "Responsible Campers Association", please enact a timeline from June 2024 to the date you fulfill the OIA request.

"Responsible Campers Association seek copies of all communication from 3rd parties that mentions their name either in full or abbreviated, or in any other identifiable form.
RCA realize this is not good timing but the urgency of seeking and understanding information from others about us has just been made known.
The ombudsman calculates the final date for this information to be received as 9th February 2026".
Response:
Both our Public Facilities, Parks and Places and Compliance teams have confirmed that they have not received communications from third parties relating to Responsible Campers Association. We have also enacted a broader search to cover the requested terms and timeframe and can confirm that we do not hold what you have requested.
