The Mackenzie District Council have received a resource consent application from Godley Peaks Station for the construction of a residential unit and accessory buildings beyond the identified Farm Base Area and within a Lakeside Protection Area and Te Manahuna/Mackenzie Basin Outstanding Natural Landscape at Godley Peaks Station. The site is zoned Rural in the Operative Mackenzie District Plan 2004 (the District Plan).
Overall, the application has been assessed as a Non-Complying Activity in terms of the provisions of the District Plan.
