Video Evidence

Traffic on Lakeside Drive, Tekapo at different hours of the day - 31 January 2025.

Video Evidence notes
  • The filename / timestamp is in the following format  YYYYMMDD HHMMSS
  • With Video Clips, the time is based on the END time of the Video, Not the start time
  • So a video with the file name 20250131_100908 which is 5 min and 30 seconds long, was started at approx 100338am
  • These clips were to show a record of the Density / Frequency of road traffic so are just unstabilised walk-by's
  • All are starting at the Powerboat Club building, walking down to the Childrens playground, then back to the Powerboat Club Building - Except for the 2 video clips at around 1900 which start from the playground end and return

Timelapse Photographs

Timelapse Photographs notes
  • Due to an unexpected early battery depletion, there are 17 minutes of images missing from this sequence
  • They are however, still captured by the Western camera so no deception intended
  • Missing images from 12.17pm to 12.33pm
  • Therefore also missing the images from
    12.20, 12.25 and 12:30pm in the 5min interval sequence
  • This sequence also started at 8.40am rather than 8.30am as planned due to police issues after we found a passport beside one of the camera locations before starting
