Mackenzie District Council is a regulated supplier within the meaning of section 57D of the Commerce Act 1986, in respect of water and wastewater supply services that it provides. The Council makes decisions about operating and capital expenditure and about the level of charges and revenue recovery for those services.
This document is a combined disclosure made under clause 2.6 of the Water Services Information Disclosure Determination 2026 [2026] NZCC 3, as amended by the Water Services Information Disclosure (Minor Amendments) Amendment Determination 2026 [2026] NZCC 26 (the Determination).
